TAXES AND FEES
Taxes and customs duties may be levied upon arrival of the package in the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Yayavara Creation has no control over customs duties and taxes. Before placing your order, we encourage you to check the import duties and taxes applicable to your destination country.
If the package is returned to Yayavara Creation because the customer refuses to pay customs fees, we will not issue a refund and can only resend the order or offer a credit note valid for the purchase of another item in our store.
DELIVERY FAILURE
We are not responsible for orders damaged or lost due to an incorrect delivery address or incomplete information entered during the ordering process. Please file a claim with your local carrier if your order is lost or damaged.
Once your order has been shipped by Yayavara Creation, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. It is essential that you enter this address correctly, as it cannot be changed.
Yayavara Creation will notify the customer if their package has been returned. Customers have 3 months to respond before we cancel the order.
Shipping labels are generated automatically. If you entered an incorrect address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to obtain a new label.
