A sari hand-picked by Alice in Rajasthan, transformed by Tanu into a long kimono coat. Hand-embroidered silk on the outside, cotton velvet within.
The jacket follows the long, architectural silhouette of the kimono. It opens at the front, held in place by a discreet hook-and-eye closure. A precise, intentional detail that refuses excess. The embroideries travel across the outer silk like traces of a journey you haven't taken yet.
The Ceremonial is not something you dress up. It is something you choose. For the evenings when you want to wear something that carries a history. For the rituals that matter. For those who understand that true luxury is not visible: it is felt.

Oversized cut
The sleeves adjust to you. Simply fold them back to find your perfect length.

Upcycled piece. Slight irregularities are part of its character.

Garment measurements taken flat, in centimetres. As each piece is unique, a variation of 1 to 2 cm is possible.
Material and care
Outer · 100% vintage silk, from an upcycled Indian sari, hand-embroidered.
Cut in Tanu and Anju's family atelier in Rajasthan.
Care
Hand wash gently, or machine on a delicate or silk cycle. Cold water, 20°C maximum. No spin. Dry flat, away from direct light.
Dry cleaning is the safest route, and the one we recommend for the pieces lined in cotton velvet.
Never press directly on the embroidery. A steam iron on low heat is enough.
