Like all things of rare origin, she carries the subtle marks of her journey. No two are alike. None are perfect. That is precisely the point.
A note on this piece: during hand washing, the black silk exterior released a trace of colour onto the cream fur lining, leaving very faint marks at the bottom interior hem. They are only visible if you look closely. The piece is clean, ready to wear, and in no way affects the exterior or the embroidery. We preferred to mention it rather than not — it felt like the right thing to do.
